KIDAPAWAN CITY – (April 27, 2023) CITY MAYOR ATTY. JOSE PAOLO EVANGELISTA welcomed Koronadal City Mayor Eliordo U. Ogena and Local Government Officials on the fourth day of the SOCCSKSARGEN- SRAA Regional Athletic Meet this city is hosting.
Mayor Ogena was in town to personally visit and show support to the Koronadal City delegation competing in the SRAA Meet.
Before he could do so, Mayor Ogena first dropped by Mayor Evangelista’s office at the City Plaza for a short courtesy visit.
The two officials talked on the recent developments in their respective cities and updates of the SRAA Meet.
Mayor Ogena thanked Mayor Evangelista for the successful hosting of the SRAA as well as making sure that all delegates are well taken cared during the week long athletic meet.
Mayor Ogena was joined by Koronadal City Councilor Bernardo Hinay, Community Affairs Officer Rey Abela, Executive Assistant I Tecs Usero and other staff coming from the Office of the Mayor of Koronadal.
Joining Mayor Evangelista in welcoming the local officials of Koronadal is Kidapawan City Administrator Janice V. Garcia.
After the short dialogue, Mayor Evangelista gave Mayor Ogena fresh herbs and vegetables harvested from the hydroponics garden just outside the former’s office.
Later the two officials joined in the photo ops with the winning athletes in the medal awarding ceremonies of the SRAA Meet held at the City Plaza. ##(CMO)
