KIDAPAWAN CITY – THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF KIDAPAWAN has awarded some 71 employees for their loyalty and longevity of service in the Local Government Unit.

Awarded were employees who worked continuously for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years of length of service.

Regular and casual employees who continuously worked for the said periods qualified for the loyalty recognition and incentives given by the City Government, the Human Resource and Management Office said.

These employees were awarded in a simple ceremony held at the Mega Tent of the City Hall on September 30, 202.

In a message, City Administrator Ludivina Mayormita, who represented City Mayor Joseph Evangelista, commended the dedication of the awardees during their tenure of service.

Despite of the pandemic of COVID-19, the awardees showed good performance and gave exemplary service to the public, Mayormita added.

Loyalty pins, gold and silver rings and cash incentives were given to the awardees during their recognition.

Ms. Evelyn Cari of the City Health Office was the lone awardee for 40 years of service in the City Government of Kidapawan.

The loyalty recognition and giving of incentives highlight the 121st Civil Service Anniversary celebration in the City Government of Kidapawan.

Theme for this year’s celebration of the Civil Service Anniversary is “Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant- Heroes”. ##(CIO)
