KIDAPAWAN CITY, March 27, 2021 – Officials of three national government agencies led the ceremonial turn-over of some 50 new housing units in Sitio Lapan, Barangay Perez, Kidapawan City on Friday, March 26, 2021.
These are the Office of the Civil Defense (OCD), National Housing Authority (NHA), and the Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (DHSUD) which have worked alongside the City Government of Kidapawan to provide houses to hundreds of families partially and heavily affected by the earthquakes last October 2019.
Each housing unit costs P280,000 with water connection already and in no time, solar connection. The housing project is being funded by the national government agencies. The City Government of Kidapawan for its part was responsible for the land acquisition and site development.
Engr. Erasme G. Madlos, NHA 12 Regional Manager; and Jennifer C. Bretana, DHSUD Regional Manager graced the activity and gave respective messages to the homeowners, 85% of which belong to the Indigenous Peoples.
The two housing officials, along with Kidapawan City Councilor Engr. Peter Salac Co-Chairman of the Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Kidapawan City Committee on Public Works and Infrastructure and represented Kidapawan City Mayor Joseph A. Evangelista to the turn-over, Mandatory IP Representative and LAMADC Chairman Datu Radin O. Igwas, Deputy Mayor for IP affairs Datu Camilo Icdang and other heads of offices joined in the cutting of ribbon and witnessed the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the beneficiaries, the corresponding agencies and the City Government of Kidapawan.
“This is the fruit or result of the efforts of the City Government of Kidapawan to help those families who have no more homes and who cannot dwell back in their places because of the earthquakes. You now have a decent house to start anew”, said Engr. Madlos.
For her part, Bretana said the City Government of Kidapawan so far is the only LGU and by far has the greatest number of houses built for earthquake victims. “I would like to congratulate each family here and at the same time thank the City Government led by Mayor Evangelista for his untiring support and commitment to help to the earthquake victims and alleviate their sufferings”, said Bretana.
In July 2020, a total of 357 housing units were turned over to earthquake victims in Barangay Ilomavis and just last February8, 2021 some 108 new houses were also turned over in Barangay Indangan, Kidapawan City, all funded by the OCD in coordination with the NHA, DHSUD and the City Government of Kidapawan.
Meanwhile, housing officials disclosed that the 50 houses turned-over in Sitio Lapan today is just the first batch of the project in the area. (Kidapawan City, March 24, 2021) – Two Mitsubishi hauling trucks drop side and one brand new Mitsubishi hauling wing close van from the Department of Agriculture – Philippine Rural Development Project (DA-PRDP) are now being used by members of the Mua-an farmers Multipurpose Cooperative (MFMC) in Kidapawan City to strengthen enhancement consolidation and marketing of fresh lakatan bananas in the National Capital Region (NCR).
Kidapawan City Agriculturist Marissa T. Aton informed that banana growers and members of MFMC will now have more opportunity to bring larger volumes of bananas as the new hauling trucks will hasten transport from farm to the market and will deploy the hauling close van in Metro Manila to accommodate more buyers in the area.
“This is to improve our banana growers in terms of mobility, volume of delivery, and eventually the income as they make use of the projects given by the agriculture department”, said Aton adding that the City Agriculturist Office continue to partner with the DA for other notable assistances to farmers in Kidapawan City.
“This forms part of the different programs and projects mandated by Kidapawan City Mayor Joseph A. Evangelista to help our farmers and cooperatives recover from the adverse effects of the Covid-19 pandemic”, Aton also said.
The Mua-an FMC, before the arrival of the new vehicles from DA-PRDP does not have any hauling truck and only use personal vehicles to carry or transport their products and therefore needs to acquire larger units.
The vehicles come with package that includes trading capital for P900,000 and plastic crates worth P100,000 or a total of P9,120,600.00 project cost with a counterpart scheme of 60% (World Bank), 20% (DA), and 20% for the City Government as the implementing agency which is P1,464,120.
The DA-PRDP handed over the Certificate of Ownership to Mua-an FMC in a simple turn-over ceremony held at Barangay Manongol yesterday, March 24, 2021.
Kidapawan City Legal Officer Atty. Jose Paolo M. Evangelista representative of Mayor Evangelista witnessed the turn-over and congratulated the banana growers for having the new vehicles which made them more equipped in terms of transporting their products.
“While it is true that the banana growers are among those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and other calamities, things now continue to get better for them”, said Atty. Evangelista. “The City Government would like to see Mua-an FMC to reach its full potential as a cooperative through the strong partnership with the Office of the City Agriculturist”, he added.
The City Government also continues to link with the DA-PRDP so as to let the local farmers avail of the projects of the agency and to improve their living conditions especially in the present situation of Covid19 pandemic. (AJPME/jscj)
A total of 142 hog raisers from four villages in Kidapawan City whose piggeries were adversely affected by African Swine Fever (ASF) have received indemnification in the form of cash assistance from the Department of Agriculture (DA). The indemnification took place at the Kidapawan City Pilot Elementary School (KCPES) led by representatives from the DA 12 today, March 24, 2021. The recipients are from Barangay Linangkob (54), Barangay Sikitan (42), Barangay Gayola (24,) and Barangay Mua-an (22) totalling to 142 hog raisers. They received a total of P3,585,000 cash assistance from the DA as part of the program to help the hog raisers cope up with their losses brought about by ASF. The recipients have undergone assessment and validation by the City Veterinarian Office and other related procedure and submitted the data to the Department of Agriculture 12 for approval and release of the indemnification, according to City Veterinarian Dr. Eugene Gornez. In previous months the City Vet with the help of the Provincial Veterinarian Office performed the repopulation of hundreds of pigs in barangays affected by ASF which was a big setback to the hog raisers and farmers. Kirby Joi Sedilla-Garcia, Livestock Focal Person, Operation Division, DA 12 said the indemnification of affected hog raisers particularly the small ones is the agency’s response to alleviate their conditions by providing the amount of P5,000 for every pig culled. Meanwhile, the City Veterinarian Office said the last reported case of ASF was on December 4, 2020. The hogs in infected villages are being swabbed first before conducting repopulation, according to Veterinarian II Dr. Elaine Mahusay. She said that a test called bioassay for hogs using ASF Nanogold Biosensor Test is used to determine if the animal is infected with ASF, At present the City Veterinarian Office continue to monitor the existing piggeries in the city and is doing coordinated response with the DA to provide hog raisers with various forms of assistance. NCIP, DOT’s “Epanaw” books highlighting IP’s significant journey launched in Kidapawan City
(KIDAPAWAN CITY, March 23, 2021) – The National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) in partnership with the Department of Tourism (DOT) has launched “Epanaw”, a three-coffee table book that feature and highlight the lives, rich culture and tradition, beliefs, and important festivities of the Indigenous Peoples and the Indigenous Cultural Communities in the various parts of the country.
In Kidapawan City, the launching was conducted at the Kidapawan City Hall Mega Tent at exactly 2:30 PM on Monday, March 22, 2021along with photo exhibits featuring the IPs and ICCs.
National Commission on Indigenous Peoples 12 Regional Director Jeanne Anne Moendeg- Zoilo, said that “Epanaw” a term used by many ethnographic groups in different regions means journey and is highlighted through the three books particularly the long travel of the ethnic tribes and cultures in many years and the challenges besetting them up to the present.
Moreover, “Epanaw” is created to make the people understand deeper the culture of IP as they go along and exist from one generation to another that is considered to be a milestone for the IPs.
The three books of “Epanaw” consist of “Pagkilala”, the first volume; where the objective is let the people learn and appreciate the lives of the IPs and their ancestral lands where they all came from. The second volume is “Paggalang”, where the objective is that after people learn about the lives of Ips, there will be a sense of respect for every ritual, festival, culture and tradition, as well as the customary system of the tribes. The third volume is called “Pagtataguyod” which indulges appreciation and support to the places that are considered as tourist attractions and destinations. In this third and last volume of “Epanaw”, the community is highly encouraged to be part of the development of these places and also its preservation all for the well-being of the IP communities.
Kidapawan City Mayor Joseph A. Evangelista expressed gladness towards the NCIP-DOT project and said that as a strong partner, the City Government is very enthusiastic to be a part of this endeavor which does not only promotes the rich culture and tradition of but also paves the way for utmost respect towards the IPs.

City Government of Kidapawan brings home two distressed OFW’s from KSA
KIDAPAWAN CITY (March 16, 2021) – The Covid-19 pandemic and the global lockdown and economic slowdown it caused has affected so many people around the world. This negative situation is experienced by different nationalities including many Filipinos working abroad.
Two OFWs from Kidapawan City – Nelba Desabille and Daylin Havana were not exempted from this circumstance and had experienced different problems abroad during the pandemic. Worried, their families sought the help of the City Government so that they can communicate with the two and to possibly find ways bring them back home in the city.
Desabille, a resident of Barangay Sibawan suffered a stroke while working in Riyadh last year. She was taken to hospital by her employer who happens to be a doctor and shouldered her hospitalization expenses.
The main problem of Desabille’s family is they do not have any communication with her and would like to know how was she doing after her stroke.
On the other hand, Havana, a resident of Barangay Mateo was much affected by the pandemic as she was not receiving any salary for 6 months when the pandemic occurred. She was transferred by her employer to work for a family in Jeddah but things were still uncertain for her.
Upon learning their situation, Kidapawan City Mayor Joseph A. Evangelista responded and immediately tasked Aida Labina, Focal Person on OFW concerns to look for ways to contact the two Kidapawenos through their agencies and employers as well.
Labina then facilitated the communication with the help of other concerned government agencies including the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) and the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and was able to get in touch with the employers and eventually with Desabille and Daylin.
The two has arrived in Kidapawan City and were finally reunited with their respective families, Havana on March 3, 2021 and Desabille on March 10, 2021.
During their visit to the office of Mayor Evangelista, Desabille and Havana both thanked the mayor for responding immediately to their problems and exhausted all means to bring them back home.
“Daku akong pasalamat kang Mayor Evangelista sa iyahang paspas nga aksyon ug tabang para makauli ko ug tarong. Salamat pud kang mam Labina sa paningkamot nga makontak ako sa akuang pamilya”, said Desabille.
She added that the mayor has already helped her even before she left to work as a household helper in KSA and was very grateful to all the efforts extended to her adding that even her employer was impressed by the action of Mayor Evangelista to help her.
For her part, Havana said she needed to work abroad to support her special child and to be able to meet both ends while working also as household helper.
“Una sa tanan nagapasalamat ako sa Diyos na nakauli ako nga buhi ug kang Mayor Evangelista sa iyahang paspas nga aksyon nga maka-communicate ako sa akuang mga mahal sa kinabuhi ug naka uli dyud ako sa akong pamilya diri sa dakbayan.”
She further said that things became very difficult especially during the lockdowns as she was not receiving any salary for six months and now that she is back at home, she can only express how grateful she was to the City Government.

Kidapawan City Day Care Workers receive DSWD Level 1 Accreditation
Some 40 Day Care Workers (DCW) of Kidapawan City have been given Level 1 Accreditation by the Department of Social Welfare and Development Office (DWSD) 12. The DCW’s received the endorsement in a simple ceremony held recently at the Mega Tent fronting the City Hall where each of them was given certification signed by DWSD 12 Regional Director Cesario Joel Espejo. Representatives from DWSD12 and City SWD office led the distribution of certificates to the recipients. The DCW’s in return showed their appreciation as they are now equipped with the highly regarded accreditation. This is the result of passing the assessment and evaluation of the DSWD Early Childhood Care and Development Center-Based Programs conducted by the agency’s set of evaluators. No less than Kidapawan City Mayor Joseph A. Evangelista gave a message to the DCW’s and recognized their great contributions in nurturing young children and molding them to become good citizens. “Our Day Care Workers ensure the proper growth and development of our children by teaching them both academically and socially and the important values imparted to the young ones”, said Mayor Evangelista. He attributed the accreditation given to the DCW’s to their dedication and commitment to serve the community particularly in taking care of the children and ensuring a better life for them. The accreditations of the said DCW’s is for three years and vouch their capacity in areas such as advancement of children’s growth and development, partnership with families and communities as well as Local Government Unit, among others. The City Government of Kidapawan in years, has allotted sufficient funds for education ranging from construction of classroom buildings, provision of learning materials, health and nutrition, and other developmental programs for children. It has also actively and efficiently partnered with various government agencies in implementing projects for education and academe development. Mayor Evangelista has, for a long time, also prioritized education plans and programs for teachers or educators and is very much grateful to the education sector for the strong partnership and ties with his administration. AstraZeneca vaccine rolls out successfully in Kidapawan City
At least six Covid-19 referral hospitals in Kidapawan City have started the vaccination roll out of AstraZeneca vaccines today, March 16, 2021.
This is the second roll out of vaccines for Covid-19 following the highly successful inoculation using Sinovac vaccine for front liners from Kidapawan City Hospital and three other referral hospital namely M’lang District Hospital in M’lang, Aniceto Pesante Hospital in Midsayap and Mindanao Doctor’s Hospital and Cancer Center, Inc. in Kabacan last March 8-10, 2021.
Just like Sinovac, the AstraZeneca vaccines form part of the total vaccines allotted for various hospitals in Kidapawan City and other municipalities in the Province of Cotabato. A total of 4,910 doses of AstraZeneca vaccines arrived in Cotabato yesterday, March 15, 2021 and were distributed to more than 40 hospitals in the province according to the Cotabato Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for Covid-19.
In Kidapawan City, the recipients of first doses of AstraZeneca include the Kidapawan Medical Specialist Center (KMSCI) 465, Kidapawan Doctors Hospital, Inc. (KDHI) 328, Madonna General Hospital (MGH) 155, United Doctors Hospital (21) and Midway Hospital. The Cotabato Provincial Hospital (CPH), the province’s biggest public hospital also received 330 doses of vaccines for its medical and health front liners; and many other hospitals catering to or accepting Covid-19 patients.
Among the recipients of AstraZeneca vaccine is Dr. Maximino Pacifico of United Doctor’s Hospital who is 77 years old. Having a long span of medical service and one of the only first few senior citizens inoculated, he said he didn’t feel any side effects after being vaccinated by AstraZeneca. “I was very eager to receive the vaccine because this is the only way to stop the spread of Covid-19 and to save our families and the entire community”, Dr. Pacifico said.
Dr. Pacifico belonged to the first batch of vaccinees from United Doctor’s Hospital catered for AstraZeneca vaccination in Notre Dame of Kidapawan College (NDKC) in the morning.
Both Sinovac and AstraZeneca vaccines continue to gain high acceptance rating from front liners.
Kiven Pacifico, a medical front liner for 20 years was also very eager to receive the vaccine saying it would save the lives of millions of people. He said he was a little bit worried when he arrived at the vaccination site thinking of the possible side effects but it was gone after the inoculation. “I am encouraging our front liners to get vaccinated and help stop Covid-19.” Pacifico said. “The vaccines are safe and I am appealing to everybody to do the same and get vaccinated with the available vaccines”, he added.
Juliet Tabanao, who is relatively new as a front liner working for only eight months said she was having second thoughts on vaccination but eventually decided to get vaccinated as it is the best way to get protection against the dreaded disease. “As I entered the vaccination area all my fears are gone. It was replaced with hope that everything will be alright and indeed, it went well.” said Juliet.
She even had her pictures taken along with other front liners after vaccination and after the post vaccination procedures.
Kidapawan City Mayor Joseph A. Evangelista visited the vaccination site and was delighted to see the line up medical and health front liners getting ready for inoculation.
“This is another historic day for Kidapawan City as we conduct the roll out of AstraZeneca among our front liners. The City Government of Kidapawan will do everything it can from coordination to various support just to make the vaccination completely successful”, said Mayor Evangelista
He reiterated that both Sinovac and AstraZeneca are good and safe vaccines with relatively decent efficacy rates and that having vaccinated is the only way to stop the spread of Covid-19 apart from the minimum health protocols prescribed by the health department.
Meanwhile, some 60 front liners received AstraZeneca vaccine during the first day of inoculation and the activity is expected to be finished in three days. City Government of Kidapawan launches “Magpuyo sa Balay, Mananom og Gulay 2.0”
KIDAPAWAN CITY (March 10, 2021) – The City Government of Kidapawan through the Office of the City Agriculturist is launching the “Magpuyo sa Balay, Mananom og Gulay 2.0”, a contest that aims to encourage backyard gardening among the residents of the 40 barangays of the city amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
City Agriculturist Marissa T. Aton was tasked by City Mayor Joseph Evangelista to spearhead the month-long contest (March 10 – April 10, 2021) that will also support and promote food sufficiency in the city by planting variety of vegetables.
Mayor Evangelista at the start of Covid-19 pandemic last year formulated proactive measures to address the problems that will possibly be confronted by the city such as less mobility and less production due to lockdowns and other concerns that affects food production.
“We are launching anew the contest amid the Covid-19 pandemic in order to increase food production and food sufficiency and for families to be productive even at home”, Mayor Evangelista said while highlighting the contest as part of the City Government’s various initiatives to help the agriculture sector
Last April 2020, the City Government of Kidapawan launched the same contest and received huge response from ordinary households to the level of vegetable and fruit growers in the many barangays of the city.
This year, the City Agriculturist Office again hopes to obtain a wide response from the people who alongside the City Government are exerting efforts in the campaign against Covid-19 pandemic and reduce its ill-effects in the community.
“We don’t want to let go of any opportunity especially now that the Covid-19 pandemic is still very much around and this time we will again urge the residents to be with us in this advocacy as a way to prevent food insufficiency and hunger”, said Aton as she appealed for support from every stakeholder.
The contest is open to all residents of the Kidapawan City and their entries (gardens) must be also located in the city. Participants are advised to send photos of their gardens with details such as name, address, and contact number. The participant gardener should also send a selfie with his garden as background.
A daily winner will be announced (Monday to Friday) and he or she cannot win twice in a week in order to give chance to other contestants. A weekly winner will be selected from all daily winners.
At the final or fourth week all daily winners should submit a latest picture of his or her garden showing the development in the entry garden and latest selfie having the garden as background again. Judging of the Champion of “Magpuyo sa Balay, Mananom ug Gulay 2.0” will be done by a team led by City Agriculturist Aton through personal visitation ang ocular of the entry. (CIO_AJPME/JSCJ)
Inoculations against the Corona Virus disease (Covid-19) were conducted in the city today March 8, 2021 right after the arrival of Sinovac vaccines as per advisory from the Department of Health (DOH).
Some 137 medical front liners from Kidapawan City Hospital, where the biggest Covid-19 facility is situated, started receiving the vaccines, making them part of the first batch of medical front liners in four hospitals located in the Province of Cotabato to be inoculated as first priority among the sectors targeted for vaccination.
Dr. Hamir Hechanova, Chief of Kidapawan City Hospital was the first to receive the initial dose of the vaccines past 10 A.M. in Notre Dame of Kidapawan College (NDKC) amid optimism and cheers from his fellow front liners.
Dr. Hechanova said that except for a minor pain in the vaccinated part, he felt good overall after getting his first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and expressed his optimism that the activity will be successfully carried out in the next few days where a total of 137 medical front liners will be inoculated.
“I do not feel any adverse reaction after the vaccination. I am hoping that all our front liners will eventually get vaccinated and become protected against Covid-19” said Dr. Hechanova
He urged the public to trust the process and get vaccinated when the supply of Sinovac or any other Covid-19 vaccines arrive in the city. “This the most essential way to be protected from the virus, and in fact the only way to end Covid-19.
He finally underlined the importance of the vaccine for Covid-19 stating that the best vaccine is the available vaccine whether it be Sinovac, Astra Zeneca or any other brand of Covid-19 vaccine.
After Dr. Hechanova, other medical practitioners from the Kidapawan City Hospital were also inoculated and these include Dr. Brylle Catague, Dr. Jennifer Reyes, and Dr. Jazel Lanoza.
The historic vaccination of medical front liners in Kidapawan City Hospital were administered by Kristine Corias and Jerry Macion, trained nurses from the city vaccination team.
The second dose of Covid-19 Sinovac vaccines will be administered to the front liners after 28 days, a period enough to monitor late side-effects, if any.
Kidapawan City has a total of 3,840 medical front liners to be vaccinated. This will be followed by others in the priority list or in the guidelines of the National Inter Agency Task Force for Covid-19 (NIATF) and the DOH.
For his part, Kidapawan City Mayor Joseph said that this day is very important as the roll out of vaccines commences. He expressed his gratitude to all the stakeholders who supported the city’s local vaccination rollout plan, the first-ever in the Province of Cotabato.
“This is the moment we’ve been waiting for; the actual inoculation of our medical front liners and I hope we can push through with the other eligible individuals and eventually attain a herd immunity”, said the mayor.
Mayor Evangelista said the inoculation of medical front liners is historic and said that this day will be remembered as the day of victory for the people of Kidapawan. He further said he is more than willing to be vaccinated by Sinovac or any other available vaccine for Covid-19 but has to wait for the schedule set for local officials like him.
Kidapawan City Legal Officer Atty. Pao Evangelista said the City Government has been looking forward for the day the vaccine will come and start with the mass roll out plan and is so glad it is actually happening already.
Atty. Evangelista monitored the vaccination roll out right from the start and was happy to note that everything was in order and the system was followed thoroughly.
“We are doing good and all indications say that the vaccine roll out in the city is alright and this is the result of proper coordination among offices and concerned agencies”, said Atty. Evangelista.
The vaccinees had undergone the vaccination protocol – summed up in 7 steps. First, the minimum health standards and temperature check; second, checking of vaccinee’s pertinent details and QR code scan; third, watch video presentation and reading of educational materials and signing of informed consent; fourth, vital signs and history taking, assessment by a physician; fifth, checking of pertinent documents and QR code and actual vaccination; sixth, submission of data to collection officer, information sheet to monitoring nurse and observation of the vaccinee for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour; and seventh; taking of pictures and use of hash tags for social media posts.
Dr. Rubelita Aggalut, Development Management Officer V, Center for Health Development DOH 12, also expressed much elation with the activity. “I am personally happy to see this thing (vaccination) is finally happening here in the City of Kidapawan, the health department is very optimistic that the inoculation of the medical front liners from the city hospital will be highly successful.
Kidapawan City Health Officer Dr. Jocelyn Incienzo, City Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit Operations Officer Dr. Nerissa Paalan, Kidapawan City Councilor and Chair of Committee on Health Marites Malaluan and other City Councilors witnessed the event with much elation.
Aside from the Kidapawan City Hospital, front liners from three other hospitals with Covid-19 facilities also conducted the same activity today. These are the M’lang District Hospital in the Municipality of M’lang, Mindanao Doctor’s Hospital and Cancer Center, Inc., in the Municipality of Kabacan, and the Anecito Pesante Hospital in the Municipality of Midsayap. KIDAPAWAN CITY (March 3, 2021) – The City Government of Kidapawan utilized close to P8M funds for the installation of street lights and other improvements in the Center Islands, Quezon Boulevard in Barangay Poblacion and in other villages that need street lighting system.
In its 2020 Accomplishment Report, the City Government’s Task Force Kahayag a group of personnel coming from different offices or department of the City Government assigned to facilitate the street lighting projects, informed that the total of LED luminaires installed is 440.
Engr. Francisco Tanaid, Head of Task Force Kahayag, further informed that from this total, 49 LED lights (110 watts) were installed in the opposite lanes of the Center islands, 92 LED lights (70 watts) in the Barangays of San Roque,Gayola, San Isidro, New Bohol, Linangkob, Sto. Nino, Sumbac, Macebolig, and Onica; and 120 (60 watts) in the Barangays of Kalaisan, Sudapin, Mua-an, Nuangan, and New Bohol. In addition, some 158 additional LED lights (70 watts) were installed in other barangays as part of the completion of the street lighting project of the City Government of Kidapawan, according to the task force.
Kidapawan City Mayor Joseph A. Evangelista said the installation of street lights in the Center islands and different villages is for the safety and security of the residents and the fulfillment of his administration’s mandate to provide lighting system not only in the center of the city but including far-flung villages.
“Most of the crimes and accidents happen in the dark parts of the highway and other main roads but with the streets now illuminated, these can be deterred or avoided”, said Mayor Evangelista. “This is also to prove to our constituents our commitment to serve and uplift their living conditions and that government funds are utilized properly.
The P8M street lighting project was funded through the 20% Economic Development Fund (EDF), City Aid to the Barangays, and the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG)Performance Challenge Fund received by the City Government of Kidapawan for being awarded the Seal of Local Governance (SGLG) for four consecutive years.
The Energy Development Corporation (EDC) and the Cotabato Electric Company (COTELCO) provide support to this project in terms of technical and other form of assistance. (CIO_AJPME/jscj)
